Jasper to Celebrate Growth
The city of Jasper is getting ready to celebrate downtown development. The Jasper Chamber of Commerce will hold a “ribbon-cutting extravaganza” on Friday for several new businesses on Main Street.

The Jasper Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a
“ribbon-cutting extravaganza” on Friday, March 20th beginning
at 10:00 a.m. in downtown, Jasper, Indiana.
Several businesses have opened their doors along Main Street
over the past 24 months – and now is the time to celebrate
that entrepreneurial spirit and the success of these business owners.
Mayor Terry Seitz will join Chamber Director Nancy Eckerle, members
of the City Council, Chamber Board & Ambassadors, Greater Downtown
Jasper Business Association, local news Media and other interested
persons as we walk along from one business to another, cutting a
ribbon at each location. The business owner will also have the opportunity
to tell about their business, give a short tour, and share their passion
for opening their business on Main Street in downtown Jasper, Indiana.
Businesses that will be included are Jagged Edge, Southern Sweets Bakery,
Jay’s Computer, Libby’s Ice Cream Shop, bread & butter, and Elements.
The entire event is expected to last from 10 until 11:00 a.m.
