Ivy Tech Appoints Business Dean

Weinblatt started working at Ivy Tech in 2011.

Ivy Tech Community College has named Richard Weinblatt dean of the school’s Business and Public Services Division. He most recently served as Interim Division Dean.

The Business and Public Services Division includes the Schools of Business, Public & Social Services, Education, and Computing & Informatics. Weinblatt has also served as Ivy Tech’s Dean of the School of Public and Social Services and the School of Education.

Weinblatt is also a former police chief and has appeared as an expert on CNN, HLN, MSNBC, Al Jazeera America News, CBS Evening News and The Washington Post. Over the years, Weinblatt has written hundreds of law enforcement articles and several books.
