Indiana University Health Tipton Hospital has promoted Melissa Hicks to chief nursing officer. She previously served as interim CNO. While serving in that role, Hicks also served as director of nursing operations. She earned her doctorate in nursing practice and nursing leadership from the University of Indianapolis this year. Hicks is an Indiana University-Kokomo nursing program graduate.
