Indiana University Health Goshen Hospital has announced the acquisition of Goshen Ambulatory Care Center. Plans call for the center to be closed for improvements until late summer. April 2, 2015

GOSHEN, Ind. – The outpatient surgery center in Goshen, known as Goshen Ambulatory Care Center (GACC), has been purchased by IU Health Goshen. The sale was finalized on Monday March 30, 2015. The health system will be making upgrades to the center to ensure it is compliant with hospital building codes. IU Health Goshen expects that the location will reopen in late summer.

IU Health Goshen is currently working with community leaders and physicians to decide how to best serve the health and wellness of our community at this new facility. Previous employees of GACC were invited to apply for positions at IU Health Goshen and many received offers of employment within the health system.

IU Health Goshen has acquired all of the medical records that were located at Goshen Ambulatory Care Center, as well. Any previous patient of GACC can call IU Health Goshen for copies of their medical records at 574.364.2624.
