A new development could be coming to a major retail center in Indianapolis. City officials and executives from PK Partners LLC, Gene B. Glick Company Inc. and CBRE Group Inc. will hold a groundbreaking ceremony next week at Keystone at the Crossing. Few details are being released, but we're told the announcement will be on March 11. Organizers say they will unveil renderings at the event.
