The Indiana Innovation Institute has named Stephen Kelly president and CEO. He most recently served as principal for Sugar River Technology Associates in Burlington, Vt.  Kelly also spent more than 25 years in various roles at Battelle, a research and development organization in Columbus, Ohio. While there, he served as corporate vice president and president of contract research.
