A regional vice president for a prominent commercial real estate firm believes Indiana is becoming one of the hottest e-commerce markets in the country. Cassidy Turley's Jason Tolliver says the sector is driving a “banner year” for the state's industrial real estate business. Tolliver touched on that growth and gave a quarterly assessment of Indiana's commercial real estate market this weekend on Inside INdiana Business Television. Tolliver says most of the trends for Indiana are positive.

He points to the commercial sector, which is gaining traction in all segments, and the office market's upward trend.

Tolliver says a newer class in the office market is being boosted by the technology sector. He adds that more and more tenants are seeking less space, but higher quality locations.

Political uncertainty could lead to a bumpy ride in the commercial sector for the next few months. But Tolliver says if those issues get worked out, 2014 could be another strong year.
