Motorsports industry veteran Jay Frye has been promoted to president of competition and operations for INDYCAR. He previously served as chief revenue officer for Hulman Motorsports. Rod Davis will take over Frye’s position. Davis has held senior executive roles with the Indiana Sports Corporation, USA Gymnastics, RCA Championships and USA Swimming.
