HR Firm Completes Expansion, Expects to Hire More Staff

New York-based HR and benefits consulting, administration, and technology services firm Buck says it has completed its expansion in Fort Wayne with the opening of its Benefits Outsourcing Center of Excellence.

The company provides employee benefits administration co-sourcing and outsourcing solutions.

When the company announced in 2019 its plans to open the BOCOE office, Buck said it would create 50 new jobs in Allen County.

Having fulfilled that forecast, the company says it now intends to hire another 35 employees by 2023.

“We’ve closely partnered with our clients in the last year to drive exciting growth and additional service offerings, and we’re continuing to add customer services representatives, including colleagues with bilingual skills, to support our reemergence in the U.S. market,” said Vanessa Davis, Buck’s U.S. Employee Benefits Administration leader.
