Construction is set to begin Thursday on the anchor of a $37 million project in Indianapolis. Officials from the city will join developers to break ground on the Fresh Thyme Farmers Market portion of the long-discussed development. The project will also include more than 150 apartments, retail space and parking in the city's Broad Ripple cultural district.

The store is slated to open next year.

The Carmel-based developers say the development will create 140 jobs.
