Hoosier Restaurants Make ‘Most Romantic’ Lists

Two Indiana restaurants are included on separate lists naming the "Most Romantic Restaurants." The lists, from websites Yelp and OpenTable, each feature restaurants based on user reviews.

Mama Carolla’s Old Italian Restaurant came in at number 87 on Yelp’s "100 Most Romantic Restaurants 2019" list, representing Indianapolis alongside restaurants in San Francisco, Austin and St. Louis, among others. Yelp created the list by compiling reviews mentioning the words “romantic,” “Valentine’s Day” and “date night” and then ranking those places.

OpenTable’s "100 Most Romantic Restaurants in America" lists restaurants in alphabetical order, instead of ranking them. BakerStreet Restaurant in Fort Wayne is the only Hoosier restaurant on the list. You can view the full list by clicking here.
