Historic Anderson Building Auctioned Off
A vacated 1890s-era building in downtown Anderson has been sold at auction. The building recently housed a Frisch's restaurant and sold for more than $7,000. The cost of the building was $5,200 plus additional fees.
Symmes Auction Co. Inc. Owner Richard Symmes tells Inside INdiana Business the interior has been “gutted” and will take significant efforts to rehabilitate.
