City, county and ConAgra Foods Inc. (NYSE: CAG) officials are slated to mark the beginning of construction Wednesday on a 1.6 million square-foot distribution center in Frankfort. The operation is expected to create close to 80 jobs by the end of the year. The company currently employs approximately 1,150 Hoosiers.
