Green BEAN Grows Again

Indianapolis-based Green BEAN Delivery is expanding again in the state. The online grocery delivery service will be available later this month in Lafayette. Last month, Green BEAN began serving Bloomington.
Customers in the Tippecanoe County city can begin placing orders this month. In addition to Lafayette and Bloomington, Green BEAN’s service extends to Columbus, Kokomo, Ft. Wayne, Muncie, Anderson, Pendleton, Martinsville and Indianapolis. Green BEAN also services New Albany, Jeffersonville and Floyds Knobs out of the Louisville market and Batesville out of the Cincinnati market.
Husband and wife Matt Ewer and Beth Blessing founded the company in 2007.
Green BEAN bills itself as the "most extensive network of farmers and artisans with organic and sustainable practices" in the Midwest.
Parent company BEAN LLC President Shane Towne says "we take great pride in helping area artisans and farmers showcase their amazing products each week in our online grocery store."
In honor of the expansion into Lafayette, Green BEAN will donate one ton of food to Food Finders Food Bank.
