Fortville-based PlaqueMaker.com has announced plans to add 30 workers during the next three years as part of an expansion. The company is looking to pump $3 million into adding office space and later production space at its Hancock County operation. President and Founder Kyle Sherman tells Inside INdiana Business, he considered outsourcing some business, but decided to grow at home to keep up quality.

PlaqueMaker.com wants to new space to help keep up with plans to multiply production beginning this year.

The company currently employs 33 full-timers.

It broke ground on the project Tuesday in Fortville. Sherman expects the full build-out to be completed in stages over the course of 3-5 years.
