The Indiana Fever will begin the team's 10th consecutive playoff run by hosting the Washington Mystics tonight in the first game of a best-of-three series. The game will also be televised on ESPN2. The Fever and Mystics split the four games they played against each other during the regular season, with the road team winning each time.

The Fever ended the regular season with a 16-18 record.

Game two will be Saturday, August 23. Game three, if necessary, would be Monday, August 25 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
