F.C. Tucker Co. has named Christy Kalavsky director of training. Before joining the real estate firm in 2015, she worked for Farmers Insurance and Corvel Corp. as operations manager and corporate trainer, respectively. 

Kalavsky will lead F.C. Tucker’s agent training program that includes tracks in sales, personal development, technology and coaching opportunities.

She earned a bachelor of arts degree in mass communication from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
