Fairbanks Appoints Two Leaders

Indianapolis-based Fairbanks has named Sonja Eaton chief nursing officer. She previously served in a variety of roles with St. Vincent Hospitals, IU Health and Bloomington Hospital. Terry DeYoung has also been named director of quality and risk management. She previously worked for Select Specialty Hospital and Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Illinois.
