The FeedBarn children’s dining hall is supported by Farm Credit and Cargill. It provides a place for visiting student to eat during school visits. Central Bark Park was built with the help of Mars Petcare US. The publication reports the one-acre park includes two separate, fenced-off areas with features including water troughs, exercise equipment, benches and shade shelters.
The Times says Fair Oaks Farms is planning to break ground this summer on an $8 million – $12 million, 100-room hotel. Officials say school trips make up 40,000 of the over 500,000 estimated visits to the Newton and Jasper County attraction each year.
