The Indiana Chamber of Commerce will host its annual awards dinner this evening at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. Governor Mike Pence and Saturday Night Live alum Dennis Miller are among the speakers. The event will also honor the chamber's community of the year, government leader of the year and business leader of the year. In August, The chamber named Bloomington its community of the year. At that time, Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Officer Jeb Conrad told Inside INdiana Business he believed public and private sector investment in quality of life efforts helped the city stand out in the selection process.

Inside INdiana Business Host Gerry Dick will present the Business Leader of The Year award.
