Evansville Large Engine Service Provider Grows in Canada

A heavy industry engine service and distribution company headquartered in Evansville is expanding its global footprint. FLANDERS Inc. has acquired a repair facility in Canada, growing its global portfolio to 15 locations.
The Fort McMurray facility, formerly operated by ABB, will employ six and be led by Ken Unruh, who previously worked with Westinghouse Canada. The Regional Service Center is equipped to handle repairs on motors up to 2,500 horsepower.
