The Evansville Vanderburgh County Board of Zoning Appeals has delayed a decision on a proposed Walmart (NYSE: WMT) Supercenter. The company is seeking variances on parking and signage requirements. Our partners at Eyewitness News in Evansville report the board hopes to reach a decision next week. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday.

Thursday's meeting attracted plenty of concerns from neighbors of the proposed lot.

Plans call for a more than 185,000 square-foot store on 31 acres along State Road 57 with a gas station and four out-lots.

The property is located near I-69.
