End in Sight For Road Work Around Richmond

The Indiana Department of Transportation says a more than $16 million improvement project in east central Indiana is set to wrap up soon. The work involves repaving and other improvements along Interstate 70 in Wayne County.

Milestone Contractors LP, which has six Indiana offices, is taking on the work, which stretches from the Centerville Road exit 145 to the State Road 1 exit 137.

The work is slated to be complete next month and finishing touches are expected to cause some delays. The project began in the spring.
