Eleven Fifty says the collaboration is part of its duty to provide skills and insights as part of the process of launching a career in tech.
PurposeHQ provides talent optimization analysis. The compiled data includes employee attitudes, resilience, and skill sets, among others, which gives clients actionable data to create change and resolve misalignments in the workplace.
“Leveraging the PurposeHQ platform for the benefit of our students and alumni was a natural decision for us to make,” says Scott Jones, president and founder of Eleven Fifty Academy. “Talent optimization helps our students build confidence and greatly benefits our workforce.”
Eleven Fifty works to skill up individuals for technology careers in web development, cybersecurity, application development, and UX/UI.
“Working with Eleven Fifty provides their students and graduates the best possible chance for success in their career. Having worked intimately with the Academy for years, I am thrilled to provide services that will enhance the student experience,” says John Qualls, president and co-founder of PurposeHQ. “Transforming lives is what Eleven Fifty is all about and we are excited to impact the growing tech industry by doing this in partnership with the best coding bootcamp in the nation.”
The academy says funding through the extended CARES Act could cover the total cost of a bootcamp for students.
The nonprofit academy, now in its 7th year, says it has skilled up over 900 entry-level developers through its immersive learning experience.
