Duke Energy Indiana is set to detail economic development recommendations this week for three industrial sites in the state. The properties in Clark, Jackson and Wabash counties are part of the utility's Site Readiness Program. September 30, 2013

PLAINFIELD, Ind. – Economic development recommendations for industrial properties in Duke Energy's service territory will be presented to local officials in meetings scheduled for Oct. 2 and 3, as part of Duke Energy's Site Readiness Program.

The recommendations were developed by nationally known site consultant McCallum Sweeney Consulting (MSC), who will make the formal presentations. Under the Site Readiness Program, Duke Energy works with McCallum Sweeney Consulting and Banning Engineering to identify, evaluate and make recommendations to improve industrial sites in the company's service territory – and help communities served by the utility compete for new companies and jobs.
