Carmel-based Mainstreet Property Group LLC is set to open a $15 million assisted living facility this afternoon in Indianapolis. The development features 70 private rehabilitation suites and 30 apartments. March 12, 2014

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Please join Department of Metropolitan Development Director Adam Thies, Randall Bufford, President and CEO of Trilogy and Zeke Turner, chairman & CEO of Mainstreet Property Group, for the opening of the Arlington Place Health Campus.

The $15 million facility offers 70 private and companion suites for physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation and long-term care, as well as 30 service-rich apartments for full-time assisted living. This development will also bring in jobs and help redevelopment efforts in the neighborhood.
