Developer Proposes $10M Senior Housing Project

An Ohio-based firm is proposing a $10.2 million senior housing project in Kokomo. The NRP Group LLC's plans call for 70, two-bedroom units. The development is contingent on housing tax credits from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.
