Officials at DeKalb Health in Auburn have cut the ribbon on a $6.7 million expansion. Our partners at 21Alive WPTA-TV in Fort Wayne report the work includes major improvements to rehabilitation care facilities, especially for children. The 30,000 square-foot project involves new orthopedic care suites and what leaders say is an “enhanced presence on-site for Fort Wayne Orthopedics.”

The work was completed by Auburn-based Fetters Construction Inc. and Design Collaborative of Fort Wayne.

It also triples the space used by DeKalb Business Health and includes a rock climbing wall in the pediatric area.
