Data Firm Planning to Hire Dozens

Indianapolis-based Ryan Consulting Group Inc. says it could add 40 employees by the beginning of March. The information technology services company calls it a "significant" expansion, as most employees are currently located outside the state.
In December, RYAN inked a big services agreement with Lockheed Martin Corp. (NYSE: LMT) and says its growth could swell by another 60 to 100 by year’s end. The positions include JAVA programmers and junior, mid and senior level positions involving WebLogic and Oracle database integration. RYAN plans to begin hiring next month.
President Keith Harding says "RYAN recently partnered with a large Department of Defense Systems Integrator who has a major customer in the downtown Indianapolis area. This work was recently awarded and is being performed in Indianapolis in support of their customer. The majority of RYAN employees are currently employed outside of Indianapolis and we are looking forward to expanding our footprint with large volume, long term employment opportunities in the local area."
The company also has a presence in Ohio, North Carolina and Washington D.C. It previous contract partners include the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
