Consultant Seeking Breaks on Expansion
A site development consulting company is planning to expand its presence in Indianapolis. CTL Engineering of Indiana Inc., a subsidiary of an Ohio-based business, will go before the Metropolitan Development Commission Wednesday for a preliminary tax abatement approval hearing on improvements to a facility. The company intends to create 12 jobs by 2015. It currently employs 15 in the city.
Tennessee-based ETI Corp. is looking to invest around $750,000 into the purchase of a nearly four-acre property and renovations to two buildings where CTL plans to locate.
