Two manufacturers are considering locating headquarters in Indianapolis. OMR North America Inc., the U.S. division of an Italian company, intends to pump $15 million into a new facility in Speedway and add at least 60 workers. Opflex Technologies LLC is planning to invest $2 million to from New York and bring nearly 50 jobs by 2019. OMR manufactures automotive parts and is looking to locate on property that used to house an Allison Transmission facility.

The bulk of the investment would cover new manufacturing equipment.

Opflex plans to move into a vacant building at the Western Select industrial complex on the city's east side.

It manufactures foam components for sport equipment, gasket, packaging and environmental purposes.
