The building is located south of the Indiana Farmers Coliseum and was part of a $53 million overhaul that wrapped up last year.
The Youth Arena, which cost $10 million to complete, joins the Coliseum and the South Pavilion and the commission says it will be named for an "Indiana-based agriculture business."
The new naming rights means the full complex is now sponsored by Hoosier companies. The Youth Arena is used for ice skating as well as livestock and 4-H events.
Officials say its "Coliseum Campaign: Memories in the Making" campaign is now $500,000 shy of the $10 million goal.
The 250-acre Fairgrounds campus draws two million annual visitors.
