Comcast has promoted Tom Pardo to vice president of field operations for its Heartland South Region, which includes most of Indiana and parts of Kentucky. He began with the company in 1995 as a technician installing cable and troubleshooting customer issues. Prior to his promotion, Pardo served as senior director of field operations for central Indiana.
