INDIANAPOLIS (April 30, 2014) – Polleo Systems, Inc., a cloud computing services provider, announces the relocation and expansion of its Carmel City Center headquarters. One year after the company announced a multi-year investment of $2.5 million to expand its cloud platform and equip a new facility, Polleo has moved its corporate office within the Center to 719 Hanover Place to accommodate growth.

“Over the last year our growth has exceeded projections. Our decision to keep our business in Carmel and at the City Center is testament to the convenience of the location and the support of the city and Hamilton County community,” said Talbott Sumners, president and founder of Polleo Systems. “I appreciate that Carmel has made great strides to help companies like ours keep high tech jobs local.”

Polleo Systems provides cloud computing services for small and medium-sized businesses, schools, nonprofit organizations, application developers and managed service providers. Growing from three to ten employees in the past 24 months, Polleo projects its technology staff will double by 2015 and reach 30 by 2016.

As a reflection of its growth, Polleo also announces the launch of a refreshed marketing infrastructure to better illustrate its cloud computing services. A new web site is now live at and offers information about Polleo’s server virtualization, business continuity and desktop-as-a-service solutions. Case studies from clients like Little Red Door also are available.

“Without the services Polleo provides us, we would not be able to make each patient’s journey easier,” says Fred Duncan, CEO of Little Red Door. The nonprofit agency offers services to low-income cancer patients including free screenings and detection, education and client advocacy. All of these services are managed by client navigators who utilize desktop computers, mobile devices and phone systems to manage calls and concerns.

To ensure Little Red Door could keep pace with increasing volumes of patient requests, they turned to Polleo to upgrade and virtualize their technology infrastructure. “For us to have technology that is dependable and a service provider that is responsive,” Duncan said, “is very important because if our technology fails, we serve less people.”
