CIRTA Appoints Executive Director

The Central Indiana Regional Transportation Authority has named Lori Kaplan (pictured) executive director. She will assume the role after serving on an interim basis since April. CIRTA has also announced the appointment of Andrew McGee as assistant director for Commuter Connect.
