CareSource has promoted Jennifer Kasper to vice president of operations for the Indiana market and Jeff Chapman to associate vice president of health partners. Kasper previously served as associate vice president of provider management and quality performance and holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and a master’s degree from IUPUI. Chapman most recently served as director of health partnerships and holds a bachelor’s degree from IUPUI.
