Boar’s Head Breaking Ground in New Castle
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. says ground will be broken tomorrow on a new Boar's Head Brand manufacturing and research facility in New Castle. The Florida-based company plans to open the facility in 2016 and fill 200 jobs over the next five years. News Release

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann will join Boar's Head Brand executives at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday for a groundbreaking ceremony for the company's new manufacturing and research facility in New Castle.
Boar's Head Brand, one of the nation's largest providers of premium delicatessen meats and cheeses, announced in September plans to locate its new facility in Indiana, constructing and equipping a facility on 66 acres of land in New Castle. As part of the project, the company plans to create more than 200 new jobs over the next few years.
