Bikeshare Station Coming to Landmark Spot

The Pacers Bikeshare program is adding a station in a prominent location. Program leaders will unveil the station Wednesday morning at the OneAmerica Tower in downtown Indianapolis.
Leaders with Indianapolis Cultural Trail Inc. will mark the station at 9:15 a.m. at the tower along Ohio Street, west of Illinois Street.
Earlier this month, the program marked its 200,000th bike share trip. Indianapolis Cultural Trail Inc. Executive Director Karen Haley says the milestone shows the bikeshare program is a "viable, and popular transportation option in our downtown."
The program includes more than 250 bicycles at 26 stations.
