Evansville-based Berry Plastics Group Inc. (NYSE: BERY) has reached an agreement with a global company. The deal with Virginia-based Kl?ckner Pentaplast Group involves co-marketing the companies' product lines. March 12, 2015

EVANSVILLE, Ind. & GORDONSVILLE, Va. – Today, Berry Plastics Group, Inc. (NYSE: BERY) and Kl?ckner Pentaplast Group, announced that the companies recently entered into a marketing alliance to offer innovative form-fill seal packaging solutions, on a global basis to the food, consumer, pharmaceutical, and medical markets. Kl?ckner Pentaplast manufactures multiple types of forming films used to produce trays, while Berry Plastics manufactures non-forming lid stock films using various sealant chemistries.

With nearly 100 years of combined experience, Kl?ckner Pentaplast and Berry Plastics are able to engineer specific solutions to meet customers' performance criteria, including seal and peel, gas barrier, clarity, heat resistance, and post-consumer recycled content.
