Crawfordsville-based Bane-Welker Equipment LLC has acquired an Ohio company. The deal for Twin Valley Equipment Inc. brings the farm components retailer’s total store locations to 13 in Indiana and Ohio.

Ten stores are in Indiana and three are in Ohio, providing parts, sales and service. Bane-Welker Chief Executive Officer Phil Bane says "we are excited and proud to announce this new location in Ohio. With the addition of the Eaton Ohio store, we now have a larger selection of new and used equipment, parts, sales and service options for all of our current customers, as well as the customers of Twin Valley Equipment."

The company says, during the transition, the new Eaton location will maintain normal operations.

Bane-Welker Equipment is a nearly 50 year-old company with locations in Crawfordsville, La Crosse, Lebanon, Remington, Terre Haute, Pendleton, Plymouth, Winamac and Wingate.
