The mayor of the state's largest city is set to deliver his seventh State of the City address. Greg Ballard's speech, scheduled for this afternoon at the University of Indianapolis, is expected to focus on making the city a more attractive place to live and work.

Indianapolis, Ind. — Mayor Ballard will deliver his seventh State of the City address Thursday, February 27 at the University of Indianapolis.

The program will begin by 5:20 p.m. Mayor Ballard is expected to begin speaking at

5:31 p.m.
