INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Mayor Greg Ballard today announced the appointment of Jen Pittman as the Mayor's Office Communications Director, effective January 5, 2015.

Pittman joins the Ballard administration with 15 years of communications and public policy experience, including prior operations and communications roles with the City of Indianapolis. She currently serves as Vice President of Programs at Simon Youth Foundation, where she leads public-private partnership development efforts focused on dropout prevention and recovery.
