Ascension has named Richard Fogel chief clinical officer for Clinical & Network Services.  He currently serves as system chief clinical officer for St. Vincent. Fogel is past chief executive officer of St. Vincent Medical Group and former chair of the office of the Chief Medical Officer at St. Vincent Indianapolis. In 1992, Dr. Fogel joined Northside Cardiology, one of the founding members of The Care Group, as a clinical electrophysiologist. He was instrumental in the development and opening of the St. Vincent Heart Center in Indianapolis.
