A federal appeals court in Chicago has ruled Indiana's Right to Work law is constitutional. The split decision says the hotly-debated law does not violate federal labor regulations. You can read the ruling by clicking here.

Earlier this year, a Lake County judge ruled the law “null and void in its entirety.” The Indiana Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments later this month on the constitutionality of the law.

Indiana's Right to Work law went into effect in 2012. It bans companies from requiring union membership or the payment of union dues as a condition of employment.
