Airport to Hold Lost-And-Found Auction

Airport to Hold Lost-And-Found Auction The IAA says the effort aims to showcase local foods

A variety of items that travelers have left behind at the airport are up for bid. The Indianapolis Airport Authority will hold a public auction next week at the former U.S. Postal Hub Facility in Indianapolis. Items include jewelry, laptops and cameras.

An inspection day will be held on Monday, September 28 at 10:00 a.m. The auction is Tuesday, September 29 at 10:00 a.m.  The U.S. Postal Hub Facility is located at 2601 S. Hoffman Road. Key Auctioneers will conduct the auction.

The following items will be included in the auction:

-Surplus equipment

– Vehicles

– Office furnishings, including filing cabinets, desks, chairs and cubicles

– Industrial equipment

– Tools and machinery

– Refrigerators

– Microwaves

– Aircraft and ground equipment

– Airport lost-and-found items including jewelry, laptops, tablets, cameras and more
