DePauw University has promoted Lynn Ishikawa (pictured) to serve a one-year role as interim director of the Writing Program and the Writing Center. Also, Jen Adams (pictured) has been appointed faculty development coordinator. Matt Meir will join the university as director of the speaking and listening program center and as an assistant professor of communication and theatre.

Ishikawa will remain serving as associate professor of English and director of English for Academic Purposes. Adams most recently served as professor of communication and theatre.  Meir will join DePauw for a five-year term.
