Indianapolis-based Workhere has named Brent Ferguson vice president of sales. He has served the past 15 years in various positions with Monster, including most recently as vice president, major accounts and media alliances.

Prior to that, Ferguson led ecommerce sales across North America and India.  Additionally, has held roles in sales operations, business development, client services and call center operations.
