Indianapolis City-County Controller Stepping Down
Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett has announced City-County Controller Fady Qaddoura will leave at the end of the year. He has served in the role for the past four years.
Over the last 15 years, Qaddoura served in many roles in the nonprofit, for-profit, and public sectors.
Prior to joining the Hogsett administration, he served as senior manager of Health Care and Technology/Business Intelligence for the State of Indiana and helped with the expansion of the Healthy Indiana Plan 2.0.
Over the last four years, Qaddoura has served on several boards, most prominently the Marion County Criminal Justice Planning Council, the Early Prevention and Intervention Council, City-County Audit committee and City-County Investment and IT board.
He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science, a master’s degree in Public Affairs from IUPUI and a PhD in Philanthropy and Public Policy from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
