The Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce has hired Bob Schafstall as membership director. He will replace Tim Cooney, when he retires at the end of this year. Cooney has held the position since 2012.  

Schafstall brings more than 22 years of customer service and sales experience to the role, having most recently served as the lead salesperson for Columbus-based Burt’s Pest Control. He was recognized as the 2019 Chamber Ambassador of the Year, in recognition of his high level of engagement and his support.. Schafstall begins on December 2, 2019.

He is originally from Columbus and attended Purdue University.
