The Jeffersonville-based developer will put the money into two dozen infrastructure projects at the River Ridge Commerce Center that it says will ready more sites for development.
The list of projects includes water, sewer, utility and road improvements as well as the demolition of more of former Indiana Army Ammunition Plant igloo structures.
The authority says it aims to use proceeds from the sale of bonds later this year to cover the costs of the improvements.
“This work will allow us to draw even more top-notch employers to River Ridge,” said Jerry Acy, executive director for the River Ridge Development Authority.
The project supports plans River Ridge disclosed earlier this year, estimating it would need to invest more than $315 million over the next two decades to complete infrastructure improvements to prepare parcels for development.
